Awesome hotel, probably the quietest hotel I've ever slept in! Staff was all very nice. Super nice patio hang out. Outside of the indoor pool area. That's what the pics are of. Only a couple things I can note. Their breakfast should be free. It's OK, but not great. I've had way better free breakfast at other hotels. And the elevator doors close way too fast. You almost don't have time to get out.

We came from out of town for job interviews. We were a bit confused about the parking situation at first but we called and they explained it to us in detail. We got paid parking together when we booked our hotel. Recommend doing that for ease and no there's no where else to really park for free near the hotel. Staff actually moved us up to a penthouse due to not having our room. Which was amazing! It was our first time being in a hotel so fancy and it is definitely our best hotel experience yet. We ended up eating downstairs and trying their drinks at the bar. We got their pizza special hot honey, best pizza ever. I ordered a blueberry drink special. Now my favorite drink then to feel more manly I tired some of their beers. Which was also pretty good. Overall a great experience. Notes: - Get parking when you book the hotel - Hotel room quality is great - staff is super friendly and willing to walk ya through any questions you might have - Food & drinks, a bit pricey but totally worth it. Lots of people come here for business meetings - If you're looking for the downtown life this is perfect but if you like introvert life (they set you up with a good tv, mini fridge, and room service). Personally I was the most obsessed with is their showers. They were completely open and had DOUBLE shower heads that let me and my partner shower in the water together (rare ik). All and all, a great experience. If you have any trouble or have any questions, just let staff know and they will set you up

This was my first visit to "The Zoo!" I could not be more pleased with the service and accomodations for this Hilton property. I arrived pretty early and the front desk personnel went out of his way to find me an early check in. The rooms a large, yet cozy, despite the frozen hellscape outside!! I would highly recommend this property. It is centrally located and very close to the medical school.

This hotel is very nice, the staff are friendly, the rooms are quiet. There is a parking garage next door that doesn’t say it is for the hotel, this confused me when I arrived. The hotel is safe, outside of the hotel not so much. I am pretty sure I saw a security guard in the hotel the morning that I left. They have a pool, fitness place, and a restaurant. I liked the gentleman at the front desk they did and excellent job and were friendly and good at customer service.

We had such an amazing experience here! From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The room was absolutely beautiful—very clean, comfortable, and the view was amazing. It was 100% worth it and made our stay feel even more special. A huge shoutout to the Front Desk Manager, Adam, who truly went above and beyond for us. He made sure our visit was not just good, but memorable, and that meant more than we can put into words. You can tell how passionate he is about what he does. We also had the pleasure of being taken care of by Bree, the bar supervisor, who was fantastic and added to the great experience. We booked the Valentine’s dinner for two, and it did not disappoint! The 12 oz ribeye was cooked perfectly, the garlic mashed potatoes were delicious, the salads were fresh, and the chocolate-covered strawberries were the perfect touch. During dinner, the entertainment was top-notch—seriously impressive talent, and he had us laughing the whole time. Also, shoutout to that sparkly jacket… iconic Overall, every single staff member played a part in making our stay unforgettable, and we are so grateful. We will absolutely be back!

I Would have given 10 For Service if possible. We Originally booked a room with Their shared property Home2Suites. The 2 are Connected in Downtown Kalamazoo. We arrived from Detroit on the Amtrak Saturday. Tried to check in at Home2 with Our Hilton Honors Reservation at 1:05 pm. The desk clerk told Us "NOPE" Earliest possible would be 2pm. Maybe, mind You, we've never had issues checking in early. She stated the housekeepers are still working up there. Ok, You don't have not 1 room available? We also had our small dog with us. Not sure of her name. But will be contacting Kim Olsen in regards to her poor customer service skills. Walked down the Hall to Hilton Garden Inn. Was welcomed by Adam, I believe he was the Manager on Duty. 10 for Himself & Kensey, his Co Worker. They Got Us in A room immediately. 2 Very Nice Humans The Housekeeping Manager, Kelly another 10 Our Train departs at 5. She was kind enough to allow a later check out according to our Departure. Bottom Line, If Your Ever in KZoo Stay Here. There Really Are Still Good People Out There. Thank You To The Staff At Hilton Garden Inn.
